Our Team

We spend a lot time learning how our Clients operate, getting to know individuals and understanding their needs. We are comfortable talking with a worker on the shopfloor about their problems one day  and then able to present a solution to the board the next. Most of all we value and enjoy the inter personal relationships we have with our Clients.

Our Work

PrePro and Chris Bailey are delighted to have worked with a wide range of respected clients:

We support the following charities by providing their fire risk assessments and giving H&S advice as required. If you are a registered charity, please give us a call to see if we can help.

TRAX was set up in 1992 in response to joyriding which was rife on Oxfordshire estates. The idea was to provide an alternative to a custodial sentence for young car offenders where they could follow their interest in motor vehicles in a positive and constructive project. The idea worked and TRAX helped to reduce car offending by 40% in the areas it had an active presence.

TRAX runs courses to engage young people aged 13 – 18 years old in Oxfordshire. They aim to divert young people away from anti-social behaviour, crime and negative activities and encourage the personal, social and educational development of all young people who come to our project so they become positive and active members of their communities.
